Procédure de retour et d'échange
1. N'hésitez pas à nous envoyer un e-mail et nous vous aiderons avec l'échange ou le retour. Une fois votre demande effectuée, notre service client vous recontactera sous 24h en semaine ou 48h le week-end.
2. Veuillez nous contacter pour obtenir l'adresse de retour, si vous souhaitez retourner le colis. Nous n'acceptons pas les retours de colis sans préavis.

Le délai de traitement des remboursements
IGIOO informe le client que le délai de remboursement des sommes versées dépend du mode de paiement que le consommateur et utilisateur aurait utilisé lors de l'achat du produit :
- Si le client a payé par carte de crédit/débit, le remboursement sera de retour sur le compte dans les 30 jours. Dans la plupart des cas, ce sera plus rapide pour le remboursement qui sera répercuté sur votre compte sous environ une (1) semaine, selon le délai de traitement de votre banque.
- Si le client a payé par PayPal, le remboursement sera reversé sur le compte PayPal dans les trois (3) jours ouvrables.

Retours en raison de défauts de fabrication
Le client peut retourner à IGIOO , sans frais, tout produit défectueux ou non conforme à la description faite pendant un délai de trois (3) mois à compter de la date de réception du produit. Une fois que le client a pris connaissance du défaut du produit, veuillez contacter le service client IGIOO en indiquant :
1) Le ou les produits défectueux, en joignant des photographies et autres preuves démontrant les défauts ou le défaut de conformité des produits,
2) Une liste détaillée des défauts constatés, le bon de commande et tout autre document complémentaire permettant d'identifier l'achat effectué par le client.
Une fois qu'IGIOO aura reçu la demande du client et analysé l'incident par l'intermédiaire de son service qualité, il sera informé dans les meilleurs délais si le retour du produit est jugé approprié ou non, en tenant compte objectivement de la nature du produit ou la nature du défaut de conformité ou du défaut allégué. Dans le cas où le retour est jugé approprié, IGIOO indiquera au client comment et où retourner le produit défectueux.
Toutefois, IGIOO ne sera en aucun cas responsable des produits retournés par le client sans avoir effectué la démarche détaillée ci-dessus.
Chaque produit à retourner doit être inutilisé ou, dans le cas où le défaut est constaté après une utilisation normale et quotidienne, dans le meilleur état possible, et doit être retourné accompagné de toutes ses étiquettes, emballages et, le cas échéant, documentation et original éléments accessoires qui l'accompagnaient à l'origine. Si le consommateur et l'utilisateur ne procèdent pas de cette manière, IGIOO et, en particulier, le service qualité, devront évaluer objectivement l'incident en déterminant si le produit est défectueux, en tenant compte de sa nature et de la nature du défaut allégué de conformité ou défaut.
