All non-prescription glasses orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days of purchase, and prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses orders are shipped within 2 to 8 days of purchase, depending on the lens and prescription complexity.

Please note that your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. In most cases, your eyewear will be delivered in a faster way but may take the full estimated delivery time depending on the smoothness of the shipping or customs clearance. In cases of an unusual delay, our customer service representatives will inform you via email in advance. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as we can.

Customs, Taxes, & Additional Charges

There are chances that you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your government. These charges are typically due once your package arrives at your destination. But in most cases, you will not get charged duties/customs fees.

If you are charged those fees, IGIOO is not responsible for paying those additional costs as they are not charged by us. The funds go exclusively to your own government. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your customs office for more information.
